LOYLEEK is a restaurant portal intended for the creation of digital menus shared by restaurant owners and other professionals in the food industry.

Its purpose is to present information to diners regarding the content and quality of the dishes offered by a catering professional, including, for example, ingredients, product origins, and allergens.

The user of this website, hereinafter referred to as the 'User,' is hereby informed that access to and use of the website menu.loyleek.com, hereinafter referred to as the 'Site,' shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

The information provided by the restaurateur, acting as the data controller of their own data, through the Loyleek Portal, is stored within the LOYLEEK software system menu.loyleek.com.

Access to the portal LOYLEEK is granted free of charge to restaurateurs upon registration, electronic acceptance of the General Terms of Use, and account validation. Paid and optional services are made available to LOYLEEK account holders subject to an annual commitment per selected option, effective from the date of selection and activation of the said option.

Access to the portal is granted free of charge to restaurateurs' guests without the need for registration: :
─ When searching for a restaurant
─ When browsing menus

Access to LOYLEEK is free of charge for restaurateurs' guests without registration. For restaurateurs' guests, access is granted upon registration, electronic acceptance of the General Terms of Use, and account validation: :
─ For reservation, confirmation, and cancellation of bookings
─ For the collection of customer satisfaction feedback
─ For the online payment of consumptions

Permitted use :
The User is required to use the functions made available to them in an appropriate and responsible manner and to comply with the following obligations: :
─ To comply with moral standards, public order, prevailing laws and regulations, without causing prejudice to the restaurateur, ECO Restauration, or any third parties.
─ The User shall abstain from using LOYLEEK, including its content and/or services, for any purpose other than that inherently intended by the application, namely the purpose for which it was designed, and shall refrain from engaging in any unlawful conduct or actions contrary to good faith or public order.

Users feedback :
In the context of collecting reviews or satisfaction surveys through comments, it is strictly prohibited to use the portal to disseminate content that is unlawful, sexist, racist, xenophobic, promoting terrorism, infringing on human rights, inciting hatred, violating personal dignity, defamatory or insulting in nature, contrary to laws and public order and safety, or considered inappropriate.
ECO Resauration reserves the right to remove any comment that violates the provisions of these Terms of Use, or which, in the opinion of ECO Restauration, is unsuitable for publication on the Site.
ECO Restauration shall not be held responsible for opinions expressed by users during satisfaction surveys.

The User is prohibited from infringing upon the intellectual property rights associated with these elements, including but not limited to reproducing, representing, modifying, adapting, translating, extracting, and/or reusing a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of them, except for actions necessary for their normal and compliant use.

─ User registration and authentication : ECO Restauration collects your data in order to identify you and provide the services offered (reservation requests, sending confirmations, reservation cancellations, and sending and responding to satisfaction surveys).
The data collected about you is used to enhance and tailor the services provided by both the restaurateurs and ECO Restauration.

─ Access to the services offered by the website : We require your data to provide you with access to the website's features. This information ensures a personalized experience within the platform.

─ Identity verification and validation of registration : Your information is required to verify your identity and thereby validate your registration.

─ Billing for online payments or in case of no-show : The processing of your data is necessary for:
   > To establish personalized billing and payment for online payments related to the options selected by the restaurateurs
   > To establish personalized billing and payment for online payments or according to the cancellation conditions chosen by the restaurateur, for their customers.

─ Maintaining billing documentation : For legal reasons, billing data must be collected.

─ Determining payment methods and payment information : The payment for LOYLEEK features by restaurateurs or for consumptions by restaurant customers requires the collection of your payment information, particularly to determine the payment method if the online payment option is chosen.

Your data is shared with Logigroup, which is responsible for carrying out occasional tests to evaluate new configuration features tailored to clients. The company commits to deleting your data at the end of each test.
